* Rs,1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) shall be
collected from the students at the start of
semester which will be adjusted against the
actual bills ,Balance amount if any be returned
to the students at the end of semester.
The Govt. has waved off tuition fees and
admission fees of Physically Handicapped
candidates having disability more than 40% in
addition to this women candidates are exempted
from tuition fee.
Private
Un-Aided Polytechnics
On the
recommendation of the Admission & Fee Committee
constituted under Section 4(3) of the Himachal Pradesh
Private Technical and Vocational Educational
Institutions (Regulations of Admission and Fixation of
Fee) Act, 2008 and in super session of all the previous
Notifications, the
Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to fix the
fee/funds including hostel rent and mess charges in
respect of all the Private Un-Aded Polytechnics in H.P.
for the academic sessions 2011-12 and 2012-13 as under:-

The Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to
approve the tuition fee of Rs. 27,000/- per
annum provisionally for new Institutions. Other
funds will remain the same as mentioned above.
The
above fixation of fees/funds/charges will be
subject to the following terms and conditions:-
No Institution will charge any amount over and
above the fee structure fixed herein and any
violation in this regard would tantamount to
charging capitation fee inviting
de-recognition and dis-affiliation of the
defaulting institution.
Any
fee/funds including hostel and mess charges, if
charged in excess of the aforesaid approved
rates during the academic session
will be refunded immediately to the
concerned students by the Institution or the
same will be adjusted in the subsequent
semester.
The
institution concerned has to appoint
sufficient numbers of teaching faculty and
other supporting staff strictly as per the
norms of All India Council for Technical
Education and deficiencies, if any, noticed
during the inspection will be removed without
any loss of time and further it would also be
ensured that duly qualified teaching staff
and/or Technicians are employed to impart
proper teaching and training to the students.
The
above fixation of fees is further subject to
the condition that the Institutions should be
duly recognized by the All India Council for
Technical Education and also affiliated by the
HP Takniki Shiksha Board, Dharmasala.
The Institution has to ensure that quality and
hygienic food is provided to the students and
weekly menu of mess is displayed in the Mess
Notice Board. It may also be ensured that
kitchen and dining hall are neat and clean
