INDUSTRIAL TRAINING  INSTITUTES IN PRIVATE SECTOR IN THE STATE

The Department of Technical Education, Vocational & Industrial Training has 114 Industrial Training Institutes in private sector serving in the state of Himachal Pradesh and imparting Training in the following engineering and non-engineering trades:-

Note:- As per Directorate General of Employment & Training letter No. DGE&T-19(5)/2011-CD dated 21st March,2011  has made the uniformity in Nomenclature of Training Institutes viz. ITIs and ITCs.  The council approved the proposal that Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and Industrial Training Centres(ITCs) may be uniformly known as Industrial Training Institutes(ITIs), while adding "Government" or "Private" word as the case be.
