Himachal Pradesh, it has been made mandatory for all the
industries to recruit 70% of its manpower from the State. The
Department is sincere in its Endeavour to provide the proper
platform for industry institute interaction and will extend all
possible help to conduct the interviews in the campus of the
institutions. Even if the industry has some specific
requirements from the students of this State at various levels,
the department will be pleased to incorporate and inculcate the
same in the study and curriculum scheme and requested that
manpower at various level may please be recruited through campus
interview for which the institutions have been directed to
provide necessary support.
